What We Do
We prepare plans and take care of the paperwork for your construction projects, from start to finish.
Before the build – we help you prepare the plans you need, from the initial consultation carrying out surveys and preparing sketches, finalising the design and dealing with that all-important planning and building standards paperwork.
During the build – if you want the build to be supervised, we can offer project management services, carrying out architectural inspections at pre-prescribed stages and providing certification, whether for your lender or just for your own peace of mind.
After the build – You may appreciate some help getting the final completion paperwork through too, and we are happy to do this also.

Do you have a piece of land, large or small, that would make a good building plot? We keep up to date with local authority legislation and will give down-to-earth advice as to how easy – or otherwise – it may be to gain planning permission. Get in touch if it’s something you’d like to investigate with us, and we can help you source a plot of land for your build.
Architectural Inspections
We can carry out architectural inspections to check the progress of the building works as required by lenders or for your own peace of mind. This can be used as a quality control check throughout the build.
